Marinated Cucumber, Onion, and Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 4 ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced into rings
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:
