Tomato mozzarella toast

Quick recipes for every day
Ingredients
4 slices of toast bread
250 g cocktail tomatoes (about 6 to 8 pieces)
2 balls of mozzarella
10 fresh basil leaves
Seasoned salt (tomato-mozzarella salt)
Preparation
Simply toast all slices of bread and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to form a large square. Cut the tomatoes into slices about 0.5 cm thick and distribute them on the toast slices. Season the tomatoes very generously with the seasoned salt.
Now roughly chop or tear the basil leaves and place them on the tomatoes. Then slice the mozzarella and use it to top the toast slices (1 ball for 2 slices of toast).
Now bake the toasts on the middle rack at 200 °C (392 °F) top and bottom heat for 25 minutes (do not preheat the oven!). The mozzarella should be browned and completely melted.
