Photos of Megyn Kelly

Megyn has previously shared how she maintains her fit appearance. In 2019, she posted photos from the Bahamas, where she enjoyed standup paddle boarding in a black string bikini. Despite her toned look, Megyn admits she no longer exercises regularly.

In her 2016 autobiography, Settle for More, she revealed that she gave up working out after having children, instead relying on the high-fiber F-factor diet by dietitian Tanya Zuckerbrot, detailed in Zuckerbrot’s 2006 book.

She began following the diet after the birth of her first child, Yates, in 2009, and noted that it helped her shed the baby weight quickly.

Megyn and her husband, novelist Douglas Brunt, have three children: Yates, born in 2009, Yardley, born in 2011, and Thatcher, born in 2013.

Megyn’s commitment to her diet has clearly paid off, as evidenced by her enviable figure in her latest bikini photos.
