Tammy expressed her pride and admiration for her friends, noting their beauty inside and out.Since starting her journey on the TLC show, Tammy has shared her struggles and triumphs, including her July 2022 bariatric surgery and 14 months in rehab. By December 2023, she had already lost 48 pounds. Tammy also highlighted how the journey has improved her mental health, with newfound joy and appreciation for life.
