TikTok star Kyle Marisa Roth’s cause of death, which deeply shocked fans, has been revealed months after her passing. The 36-year-old content creator, known for her popular catchphrase “You want more, I’ll give you more,” died peacefully from a heart arrhythmia caused by myocardial fibrosis, according to the Chief Medical Examiner of Maryland.
Roth, who had amassed over 175,000 followers for her celebrity news content, had previously battled colon cancer and faced significant health challenges, including major abdominal surgeries that left her with numerous scars. Her sister, Lindsay Roth, announced her passing on Instagram in April, while her mother, Jacquie Cohen Roth, shared on LinkedIn that Kyle “loved deeply and lived life to the fullest.” Fans expressed their grief over the loss, with one heartbroken follower commenting, “My heart is completely broken,” and Julia Fox adding, “I’ve been crying and am so devastated.”
