The family of the heartthrob actor denies his dying wish.

Alain Delon, the iconic star of classics like *Plein Soleil* and *Le Samouraï*, passed away at the age of 88 on Sunday. Delon had once expressed his wish for his 10-year-old Belgian Malinois, Loubo, to be put down and buried with him after his death, a statement that drew widespread condemnation from animal rights activists, including France’s oldest animal protection association, The SPA, which called for Loubo to be rehomed instead. In response, Delon’s children confirmed that Loubo would not be euthanized or buried with their father.
