This segment was part of John Wayne’s variety show from 1970, which celebrated America’s history and featured some of the biggest names in entertainment. The talented team behind this production perfectly combined costumes and music, creating one of the most patriotic television moments. After watching, I couldn’t help but notice how much Hollywood has evolved; such programs are hard to find today.
