Bill Cobbs, known for his roles in *The Bodyguard*, *Night at the Museum*, and *New Jack City*, passed away peacefully at his California home on June 25. His brother, Pastor Thomas G. Cobbs, shared the news on Facebook, saying, “Bill died peacefully at his home.”

Recently, Bill celebrated his 90th birthday surrounded by loved ones. A devoted partner, brother, uncle, and friend, he was cherished by many. Fans paid tribute online, calling him “a gentleman, an absolute legend.”

Born in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1934, Cobbs was a radar technician before starting his acting career at 36. With over 100 TV and film roles, including *Trading Places* and *Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.*, his legacy endures.
