The terrifying event started when the baby’s father, Jeremy Albert Best, was arrested by the authorities on an arrest warrant related to his wife’s death.
The tragic discovery was made by authorities about 24 miles east of Idaho Falls, sparked by a call from a diligent hunter who reported a weird situation – a man, subsequently identified as Jeremy Albert Best, wrapped in a sleeping bag by the roadway, stark nude and spouting bizarre statements.
