The order, issued after the October 7, 2023, Hamas attack on Israel, targets threats against Jewish communities, including terrorism, arson, and violence. Trump warned that foreign residents in “pro-jihadist” protests would face deportation in 2025, and student visas for pro-Hamas supporters would be revoked.
