Gene Hackman and Wife Found Dead in Santa Fe Home

Legendary actor Gene Hackman, 95, and his wife, Betsy Arakawa, 63, were found dead in their Santa Fe home,

along with one of their dogs. Authorities suspect carbon monoxide poisoning, with no visible signs of trauma. Hackman’s daughter confirmed the likely cause, as investigators examine the home’s heating system. The couple had been married since 1991. The investigation is ongoing.
