Police discovered him in the back of the vehicle on Monday afternoon. Upon finding the body, they also noticed that front door of the vehicle was shattered in as well.
After police responded to the 911 call they found Forrest unconscious and unresponsive lying in a pool of blood in the back of the vehicle. At this time, Emergency services pronounced him dead at the scene.
A coworker revealed that they last saw Forrest around 8 am on Monday morning, however he had failed to make his scheduled pick ups for the day. When the coworker could not reach Forrest on the phone, they had the brilliant idea to track his company ambulette.
