The phrase “six-seven” exploded across TikTok after hip-hop artist Skrilla dropped his 2024 track Doot Doot, where he casually rapped, “6-7, I just bipped right on the highway.” Overnight, the number became a punchline with no meaning at all. Kids started using it as a response to anything — “What time is it?” “6-7.” “What’s that smell?” “6-7.” Its silliness is the entire joke, and Gen Z loves it precisely because it confuses everyone else.
