Clint Eastwood’s Longtime Love Christina Sandera Dies at 61

Christina Sandera, Clint Eastwood’s longtime partner, has reportedly passed away at the age of 61.

Eastwood, 94, expressed his sorrow in a statement on Thursday, saying, “Christina was a lovely, caring woman, and I will miss her very much.” The cause of her death has not been disclosed.

Sandera and Eastwood maintained a private relationship over the past decade, with their public appearances being limited to events like the premieres of 2018’s “The Mule” and “The 15:17 to Paris.” They made their red-carpet debut together at the 2015 Academy Awards, where Eastwood’s film “American Sniper” was nominated for six awards.

In June 2014, Us Weekly reported that Eastwood was in a relationship with Sandera, who had worked at Eastwood’s Mission Ranch hotel and restaurant in Carmel, California. Eastwood’s divorce from his second wife, Dina Eastwood, was finalized six months later after a 17-year marriage.

Eastwood was previously married to Maggie Johnson from 1953 to 1984.

Sandera’s death follows the recent wedding of Eastwood’s youngest daughter, Morgan, who married Tanner Koopmans last month. Eastwood walked her down the aisle at Mission Ranch, according to People magazine.
