Trump’s campaign spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt highlighted Trump’s debate prowess, noting Gabbard’s previous success in challenging Harris’ record. Gabbard had criticized Harris for her tough stance on marijuana offenses and her controversial actions as a prosecutor.
Gabbard has also voiced strong concerns about a potential Harris presidency, calling it a major risk for the country.
